Why I Created RPE
After more than 40 years in the hair industry, I've had the opportunity to work in salons, on fashion shoots, red carpet events, behind the scenes at runway shows, and with clients in film and entertainment. Along the way, I've learned that great hair is about more than technique—it's about confidence, creativity, and understanding your craft.
I created “Ric Pipino Education” because I want to share what I've learned throughout my career with the next generation of hairstylists. Whether you're just starting or looking to take your skills to the next level, my goal is to help you grow, avoid some of the challenges I faced, and build a career you're proud of.
This isn't just about teaching hair. It's about sharing real experience, practical knowledge, and the mindset that has helped me succeed for over four decades. I hope it inspires you to keep learning, keep creating, and keep pushing yourself to be your best.
